1. On wet or damp hair, start at the ends and work up.
2. Hold the section above the knot so you are not pulling from the root.
3. Use short strokes. Add Miracle Leave-In if hair has no slip.
4. Do not yank a dry, matted section with this brush as if it were a paddle on dry hair.
